Before requesting a commission, read this entire document. Upon receiving a commission request, I will assume you have read and accepted my terms.To commission me you must be at least 18 years old.

PRICES, PAYMENT, & REFUNDS

✦ All prices are in EURO €, and I accept payment through PayPal invoice or Ko-fi.✦ After I review your filled out form or email, references, and instructions, I'll let you know the final price.✦ I’ll request full payment after you approve the sketch.EXTRA FEES:
✦ €20 (starting) fee for major changes that differ from the references provided and sketch agreed upon, e.g. hair style or pose change after I've moved past the sketch stage. The exact amount will depend of how much I have to rework
✦ +30% for time-consuming designs like very complicated weapons, armor, or magic effects, characters with large wings or many limbs etc.
✦ +30% for complicated perspective or composition
✦ +70-100% per additional character (depends on style)
✦ Pets and mounts will be counted as an extra bust, half, or full body character depending on size.REFUNDS:
✦ 50% if you’ve approved the sketch
✦ 25% if I've started rendering
✦ N/A after commission is finished✦ Partial refunds can only be issued through PayPal. If you paid for the commission through Ko-fi, and then decide to cancel the commission, you will have to provide me with your PayPal email. If you are not able or willing to do so, I cannot refund you. Keep this in mind when choosing a payment option!✦ If I have to cancel the commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund.

WILL / WON'T DRAW

✦ I WILL DRAW: OCs, OC+canon character, fanart, anthro fantasy races, other humanoid creatures, various items, body horror, blood and mild or stylized gore, non-sexual nudity, backgrounds, extra decoration (e.g. flowers or similar to fill empty spaces in the image, magical effects, some kind of frame around the character…).✦ I WON’T DRAW: Anything offensive or discriminatory, sexual nudity or paraphilias, harm to children, complex robots, vehicles, or machinery, Space Marines and similar character designs, complex architecture or scenes in perspective, cartoony furries or monsters like pokemon, solo animals, real people, reference sheets, nor will I imitate a different artist’s style.✦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, regardless of the previous two points.✦ If you’re not sure if your idea has too much nudity/blood/gore, submit a request anyway and I’ll let you know whether it’s too graphic for me.✦ Wondering about something not listed here (e.g. tattoo designs)? WAITING TIME & PROCESS

✦ Allow me 1-3 working days to contact you about the commission request. Wait list submissions won't be answered until I am ready to actually accept the commissions.✦ After we agree on the details and final price, a sketch will take me up to two weeks, as this currently not my full-time job. After I receive payment, I aim to finish the commission in anywhere between 5 work days and several weeks, depending on complexity. If you absolutely need the art by a certain date let me know in advance and I can try to accommodate the request.✦ I’ll send you an initial roughly colored sketch to start, and several more throughout the process. Example of sketch vs finished piece. Due to the current ML/AI / art theft situation, the sketches and WIPs will be low resolution and watermarked.✦ Requesting big changes that differ from the references provided and the sketch agreed upon will incur a fee. If a mistake in the art is on my part, I will obviously not charge for that kind of revision after you point it out.✦ If you want a version of the art with a transparent background or other simple variant (e.g. with and without glowing eyes), please let me know in advance so I can plan my layers around that.✦ Once the commission is finished and I’ve received all payment, I’ll send you full resolution PNG files (one with signature and watermark, and one without) via email or Google Drive depending on file sizes.

COPYRIGHT & USE OF FINISHED COMMISSION

✦ MY ART, COMMISSIONED OR OTHERWISE, IS NOT TO BE USED OR MODIFIED IN ANY WAY, FOR ANY REASON VIA ML/AI. THE SAME APPLIES TO USING ANY PART OF MY ART FOR NFTs.✦ You as the commissioner own the rights to any original characters and designs depicted, but can’t claim the art itself as your own.✦ Aside from the previous points, the art you commissioned is free for personal (non-commercial) use, including:
1. ordering a print of it for yourself or your friends, as long as you do not sell the prints
2. using it as icons, headers, OC pages, and similar on your personal (non-business or promotional) pages, like tumblr or toyhouse
3. you may make simple adjustments to the art if using it as an icon, or as a token on a VTT (such as Roll20) - things like adjusting brightness, cropping, flipping etc.
4. as reference for other artists you commission✦ If you post the entire commission elsewhere, do so without modifying it, with signature and watermark intact, and always credit me (@vodoriga-art on Tumblr or @vodoriga_art on Twitter)✦ By commissioning me you consent to me posting the art, including possibly the WIPs, on my social media and in any portfolios or art books. I can absolutely delay posting until a certain date if it’s meant to be a gift, or it must stay private for some other reason, just please inform me in advance if this is necessary.
